This code of conduct sets guidelines and expectations that outline the behavior and responsibilities of individuals within our community. It serves as a framework to ensure that everyone respects acceptable standards, creating together, an environment of care, integrity, and accountability.
You are in a community space designed for and by people. We are building this space to practice sharing resources (as opposed to private ownership), learn how to care for this shared space, to reconnect, to share a common purpose, create projects together, and enjoy being together. You are warmly welcome here. Feel invited to join us and contribute.
π We recognize that a regenerative day includes a balance of work, learning, play, dancing, reflection, and silence. All of this is welcome here. Please have fun and enjoy yourself. π
We welcome people from all walks of life and are committed to supporting social diversity and cultural sensitivity. We value the mix of ages and generations this space brings together. We continuously learn about our differences and potential barriers, such as language, technical knowledge, and physical or non-physical challenges. We choose curiosity and openness over judgment.
We are equal members and contributors to this space. Together, we co-create this space through our communication and our presence. Our behaviour matters and we are aware of how we impact others with our actions and our words. We encourage self reliance and we take accountability for our actions. We do what we promise. We take responsibility when we donβt or forget something. We clean up after ourselves. We manage ourselves, our emotions and our behaviour. We are all responsible for taking action against harassment and abuse when we see or experience it.

Your voice is welcome. Your perspective is valued and contributes to the co-creation of this space. Your interests are interesting. The best way to give and receive value is by participating. However, we do not tolerate raised voices, personal attacks, blame, or shame. We ask everyone to reflect on how they share their messages.
We are a community of people, and human interactions can be messy at times. If you feel uncomfortable or uncertain, please identify your concerns. We address tensions together, recognizing all serious concerns, strengthening the community, and aiming to resolve conflicts inclusively. The community health circle is always available to help with any issues that arise.
Besides our expectations, we want to be very concrete about what we consider unacceptable behaviour. In all shared activities, and especially in cases of unwanted personal attention, the CHB stands for relationships based upon the active ongoing consent of everyone involved.
We consider this behaviour as warning signs of harassment and/or abuse
