The Commons Hub Brussels: A Space for Transformation

The Commons Hub Brussels is more than just a venue. It’s a living community and a collective experiment in how we live, work, and grow together.

We are cultivating a school of inner and outer transformation where workshops, gatherings, and events support people to connect with themselves, with others, and with the world in meaningful ways.

This convention is designed to welcome diverse organizers while protecting the space, the people who hold it, and the integrity of our shared mission.

1. Purpose

This agreement defines the conditions under which individuals, collectives, or organizations ("the Organizer") may host events, workshops, or conferences at Commons Hub Brussels ("CHB").

It aims to create clarity, ensure mutual respect, and protect the shared space and the people who use it.

2. Scope

This Convention applies to all temporary uses of the space that are not related to coworking. This includes:

• one-off workshops or events,
• multi-day or recurring events,
• public or private gatherings.

The Organizer agrees to respect the Commons Hub ethos: collective care, transparency, and responsibility.

3. Booking & Community Approval

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
• A reservation is valid only after both parties have signed this Convention and agreed on the rental option and dates.
• After signing this Convention, changes in dates, pricing models or booked space(s) are only admissible when both parties agree in writing.
