Terms & Conditions for Space Rental
1. General Principles
Commons Hub Brussels is a community-driven space that fosters collaboration, sustainability, and cultural exchange. By renting our space, you agree to uphold these values and respect the community environment.
2. Rental Agreement & Payments
- A rental agreement is confirmed upon written approval and receipt of a [XX]% advance deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid [XX] days before the event.
- Additional costs may be charged for extra services or damages.
- The maximum capacity for events is 130 people if renting the full second floor, and 250 people if renting both the second floor and the first-floor coworking space.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before the event.
- 50% refund if canceled between 30 days and 7 days before the event.
- No refund if canceled within 7 days before the event.
- A steward will be hired at the customer’s expense from 10pm onwards, at a rate of 50€/h + VAT. The number of stewards required depends on event size and room usage.
- Final guest numbers for meals must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Last-minute changes are subject to staff discretion.
- External food is only permitted with prior written agreement.
4. Space Usage & Responsibilities
- Renters must respect the space, leaving it as they found it.
