  4. Xavier’s model : Partner plan 1k/month or 10k/year : Name it sponsor, role more clear.
    1. For one event in this location / space : Price is in range.
  5. Monthly Revenue objectives : 10k from coworking and 10k from events space.
  6. Membership 10 euros /month : Objective is not to have a lot of anonymous - It is mostly about people who come to the space, love it, and want to come back : Regens Unite, DAO, friends, etc. Many who do not have the opportunity to Cowork here but put in manual hours.
  7. 100 Co-workers 250/month - sounds great but it will be more messy : we need place for internationals, and a model for them to pay as they use the space
  8. Day / Week pass : Makes sense for people that arent here for a month, to not just pay 10 bucks and not contribute to coworking.
  9. We also need a coordinator, maybe 2 half-times to facilitate the space.
    1. Some things need to be taken care of by one person : Mostly dealing with the calendars, admin of an event, who has paid - etc. in a serious manner. Not done by people doing shifts.
      1. There could be one coordinator, and people supporting with shifts.
      2. Leen is happy to set it up, and wishes help for invoicing.

  11. Maximum capacity of co-workers? 50 for one day - 100 at the same time.
  12. We are trying out, is it working ? we expect people to contribute. Let’s iterate several verticals
  13. Leen has been spending 3 month full time, no paycheck, founder’s bet, we believe! - can do a bunch of stuff, and cannot wait to participate on other activities, book launch, etc.
