TLDR ROOKOO:

C) back-office: invoicing / follow up / all suppliers orders/ Odoo in general

D) Productions: present at the event, serving hot drinks, cleaning etc. (This is the first one I want to retire her from. She is a 1k/day facilitator and we will decentralise event delivery to our members and coworkers)

E) shifts planning the 60% that she is not already the one delivering

F) handles booking request, as my backup. This is rookoo main strength, and where I am the most active currently.

Role 1: Booking request

  1. comes in via mailbox: via Eventplanner, the website or directly to us [email protected]
  2. answering and price negotations + follow up
  3. add event to calendar
  4. sometimes: feedback email after the event, bit of client relationships management

Role 2: Administration and back office via Odoo

Current lead: Leen, back up Xavier

  1. sales order or rental in Odoo
  2. deposit invoice
