What came before?

Leen took up a huge steward role between Aug-Dec

In general she put in place and stewarded the community towards the foundations for

• business development ✅ (we are in business for both event and coworkers)
• fundraising strategy and applications ✳️ needs care
• operations and day to day management (first floor) ✅
• process flow event management (second floor) ✅
• decentralised, democratic and community based governance systems (sociocracy) ✳️ needs care (foundations are here, but proposals not properly managed)
• internal communication flows (notion, communication tools and documentation system) ✅
• legal foundations (and a roadmap towards becoming a coop by 31st Dec)❎ research happened, but we decided to stay with the non profit for now

She went to the next level with

• implementing, communicating and testing the business plan ✅ (new version slide deck, update prices, many iterations with coworkers …)
• external communication (website, marketing, social media, newsletters etc) ✅ (all socials in place regular posting and updates)
• membership management and engagement ✅ (process flow put in place with Jana)
• logistics, organising and decorating the space ✅
• community events (organising open day end of September) and heartbeat meetings ✅
• community quarterly updates (one end of August, one end October, one end December) ✅
