How?
- Copy-paste the questions 👇🏾 into a new notion proposal here
- Answer the questions
- Drop the link of your proposal doc in the proposal channel of discord and/or schedule it as agenda item in a heartbeat call for a round of feedback, questions, advice, request for help from community etc
- Manage this feedback process: try to actively tap into the collective intelligence of the group (nobody knows as much as everyone, communities can be noisy, but some voices can be super useful + the success of your activity is very important to all of us 🙂)
- Improve, change, add information to your proposal
- If needed, the proposal goes through a voting process based on consent.
- The proposal will be stored as reference document and ‘agreement’ to go back to in case of tension or conflict.

Event proposals are for organizing events at the Commons Hub.
- Author(s): Who is making the proposal? How many members are involved?
- Who will be the steward of this = the main person of contact + takes responsibility
- Sponsor(s) / members participating: who in the community is supporting and/or participating in this event
- What: what exactly are you planning?
- Why: what is the expected outcome? What is the goal?
- For who: who are you inviting?
