  1. Stack all chairs and move them to the sides of the room unless agreed otherwise, e.g. because it is more practical for the next use of the room.
  2. Vacuum clean the carpet in the Ostrom room.
    1. Where’s the vacuum cleaner? Go to the hallway outside of the Ostrom room, look at the door to the room and then turn your gaze left. It’s the yellow beast.

  1. If you used any dishes, take them to the kitchen and load them in the dishwasher
    1. Go to the first floor, take the door on the right, take the stairs down and walk kinda straight through the glass door.
    2. Turn left and go into the small kitchen, the dishwasher is on the left in front of you. Dishwasher tabs are underneath the sink on the right.
    3. If you made coffee or tea, wash the coffee machine, thermos and containers you used.

  1. If the catering area has been used (where the fridge is living, right outside the restrooms), please vacuum clean and mop the floor.
    1. Where’s the mop? Go to the first floor, take the door on the right, take the stairs down and walk kinda straight through the glass door, the mop looks like this:

  1. Clean the restrooms, i.e. the toilets incl. the underside of the seat and below the waterline, the sink, mop the floor and replace the towels. Cleaning supplies for the restrooms are also in the kitchen area on the first floor:

    1. For cleaning products, see point 2 above
    2. Clean cloths and sponges are on the other side of the room in the green lockers on the wall on the right and so are towels for dishes and hands.
    3. Dirty towels and cloths go into the laundry basked underneath the table that is hosting the coffee machines and microwave.

    1. If the tables in the Ostrom were used, give them a wipe with a clean, wet cloth and some product.

      1. How to find cloths? See point 4 above.
      2. How to find all purpose cleaner for tables? See point 2 or 4.
    2. Empty garbage bins if needed and replace with new bags. If it is Sunday or Wednesday, put the trash outside.

    3. Close the space

      1. Switch off sound system if you used it
      2. Switch off the radiators if they were used
      3. Switch off airco if used (light on airco in ceiling should be off)
      4. Switch off all lights
      5. Close all windows
      6. Close all inside doors, on the first floor (right hand side) door needs to be closed by key. If you do not know yet where this key is, please ask! (not mentioned here for security reasons)
