1. Prepare hot water

⚠️ Recommended to do this first because the large kettles take some time to heat. ⚠️

Coffee:

• for a full pot (6-7 liters) - fill the filter about half way
• machine takes about 15 minutes to brew the coffee

Tea

• heat the water in one of the huge water kettles (about 10 minutes for full container to heat)
• then pour the water in a thermos (be careful)
• a thermos is 4 liters - 3 tea bags is enough for the pot 👇🏾

Notes:

1. To fill the kettle with water we recommend to use a big ish container (plastic cup or carafe) to fill with water in the sink and empty it into the kettle. This might take a while because the water pressure in the kitchen is meeh.
2. Turn on the kettle and adjust to the desired water temperature. The little light will switch from red to green when it’s ready.
